Accompanied Venue-Viewing Visit. We will meet you at the airport and show you around your prospective venues, staying with you at one of the venues (in the case of it being a hotel venue) overnight if necessary. During the time spent with you we can all get to know each other, which is immensely important to us and our role in turning your vision into reality. We normally recommend a 2-day visit if possible, as driving distances from Marbella to Malaga and beyond mean there can be quite a lot of terrain to cover, especially if you wish to see some of the stunning inland locations too.

For Church Weddings in Andalucia we are by your side every step of the way, visiting the Churches and Local Parish Offices, taking you through the paperwork trail, making sure that everything is presented to the Bishop's Office here in Malaga (or corresponding Parish) and coordinating between the Local Parish, Priest and Church.

Once a venue has been chosen, most of our couples fly over again about 3 months before their wedding day to stay at their venue (in the case of a hotel venue) and have their Menu Tasting. Current menus will be sent to you well ahead of time for you to select what you would like to taste when you fly over. We will pick you up at the airport and be present with you at the Tasting to offer our advice and continue to discuss your wedding plans.

BY YOUR SIDE
Our full attendance at the wedding venue for the entire duration of your Celebration (we will stay locally to your venue and be on-site for the entire proceedings; we often start decorating a couple of days in advance depending on the complexity of your chosen decoration, lighting, etc). On the Wedding Day we will be in attendance from early morning until the last guest leaves, often putting in over 20 hours on the Wedding Day alone.
