Non-Religious Ceremonies and Humanist Ceremonies take a similar format to "normal" wedding ceremonies, but can be tailor-made to suit and reflect the individuality and personalities of each couple. Over the years we have been witnesses to some extraordinarily moving Wedding Ceremonies, where the Celebrants encourage you to write your own vows, involve family and close friends (even pets!), and the end result is wonderfully moving Ceremony that is 100% unique to the two of you, with moments of laughter, tears of joy and blissfully happy emotion…there is usually not a dry eye in the house (or garden) – us included!
Although Non-Religious or Humanist Ceremonies have no legal bearing in Spain (you will need to take care of the legal paperwork in your country of residence), it does not need to take any emphasis off your special day over here. Many of our couples do not even exchange rings or vows in their own country (treating this process simply as “paperwork”), naturally leaving all the details like this for their Wedding Day in Spain in front of all their family and friends. We will always try and arrange for you to meet a Celebrant when you come over on your venue-seeking visit (which we would always advise doing about a year before the date of your wedding if possible), so that you get the Venue and Celebrant of your choice for your Hotel, Villa or Beach Wedding.
